Very relaxing weekend in LA. Weather was perfect and I am feeling a little better. I have received many pictures from the viewers of this site and I thought I would share some of them with you today. I am amazed at the number of people who have had several cars for many years and still manage to keep them. I always had to sell the current one to finance the new project. Congratulations to those of you who have held on to your cars. I believe they are a far better investment than sticking thousands of dollars in a 401 K that will loose money in most cases. The following cars are from a fellow named Chuck Pinckney in the great Northwest. Chuck’s cars are the real thing and have some history. If anyone knows any history about these cars, please let me know.
I have also located another sedan delivery that I have included some pictures for your viewing. A little rough, but saveable. Those of you who know me, know how anal I am about sheet metal, floors, and rust in general so I doubt that I will purchase one like this that needs $7500 worth of body work. I also have another local car to reinspect this week for a second time. The 40 tudor on Friday’s post is not for sale at any price. My luck.
Stay Tooned!
Drive a Deuce or a Forty and enjoy life.
We are in the 4th quarter and praying for overtime.
