It is great to be back home. The Bay Area is a great place to visit, but cold in the evenings. P-Town was the place to be this weekend. Super nice cars, people and lots of old friends. I used to live in Danville so I have lots of friends to visit when I am in town. The Hilton was packed on Thursday night so Jane and I parked down the street and walked to the party. Great cars to see and people to meet and greet. Overall the number of cars was far greater than I could see in two full days. Our hotel had all I needed with 32 coupes, sedans, roadsters and deliveries. WOW. Each year a lot of Woody’s stay at our hotel, but this year the number of cars at the hotel were down from previous years which gave me a place to park my personal car for a change.
I had several favorites, but Roy Brizio’s booth had a Regency Red 3 window Hiboy that I fell in love with. Roy builds super cars that go down the road.
We came home the 101 which provided ocean views for part of the way. I could only imagine a roadster with the top down and the Sun beating down on my bald head…maybe next year.
Enjoy the cars.
