Christmas shopping, Christmas cards, list of things to get, list of things I want and most of all what do I get the wife. This is how I spent the day. I also got an email from a person in London wanting the California Star I had on ebay. It went right through my spam filter, but after investigating, it was definitely a hoax….send money back, cashiers check…I have heard them all. The car only reached $40K which was way below the reserve, so we will wait until Spring to try again.
The weekend was very productive. My wife Jane helped me clean the garage and put the 48 convert parts in the above storage area. Now I can move around and not feel so crowded. I think she wants jewelery for Christmas! Some of you have sent some real nice pictures of your rides, so take a look.
Remember this is Stay out of the garage month.
In order to support this site, I plan to offer some real cool wearables for anyone interested. Deuces, Forties and Quick Changes.[singlepic=193]
Walt’s very nice garage with a perfect pair. A 1946 Woody and a 1932 Ford Hiboy.[singlepic=242]
Bob’s super rare 32 Panel. You need to see this one. Fantastic paint, SBC, auto, 9 inch, etc. detail, detail.[singlepic=295]
1946 Convert sitting pretty in the weeds at Pleasanton this year. Black and Tan.[singlepic=296]
1940 Convert at P-town. I have had both and still favorite the 46 -48. The top on a forty needs to be changed for my taste.[singlepic=328]
Don Small’s new 32 for 2008. I have not seen any updates, but Don builds a super roadster and very period correct.[singlepic=602]
Here is another of my favorites. Poteet’s 34 in front of Roy’s shop. Super fitting of the 37 truck grille and hood.
34 ready to get a haircut. Very nice chop on this excellent 34 tudor. Thanks Kevin for the photo.
I take most of the photos but also give credit to the source when I know who shot the photo or who sent it to my website.
